Where we deliver

Kazzol currently delivers to Australian addresses only. International delivery will be introduced only after we can provide reliable rates, tracking and support.

Rates

Standard shipping is A$8.90. Standard shipping is free when the order value after discounts is A$120 or more.

Dispatch and tracking

Standard Australian orders are dispatched with Australia Post through MyPost Business after payment and stock are confirmed. The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after dispatch. We email the Australia Post tracking number and a direct tracking link to the address provided at checkout.

Address problems and delays

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact support as quickly as possible if an address needs correction. Once a parcel has entered the Australia Post network, changes may not be possible.

For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, submit a support ticket and include the Kazzol order number so we can investigate with Australia Post.
