The conditions that apply when using the Kazzol website or purchasing from Kazzol.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase the products listed at checkout. Kazzol may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where payment fails, stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, delivery is not reasonably possible or fraud is suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Customer accounts
Creating a Kazzol account is optional. Customers are responsible for protecting their password and for information submitted through their account. Kazzol may suspend access where misuse or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected. Guest checkout remains available, and orders placed with the same verified email may appear in that customer’s order history.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any legally applicable taxes, shipping and discounts are displayed before payment. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is fulfilled.
Product information
We aim to describe products, colours, sizes and materials accurately. Screens can display colours differently. Measurements and fit guidance are estimates and may vary slightly between production runs.
Consumer rights
Kazzol products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. These terms operate alongside those rights and do not replace them.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use Kazzol content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
